Jim's Internet search for a warmer climate, "but not too far away" landed him in New Bern, NC.   He found Christy Wheeler's website and the rest is history.  We planned a meeting with Christy in February 2006.  She was well prepared and showed us numerous homes in all areas of New Bern.  Her knowledge of the area was impressive and she definitely went the extra mile in helping find the right place for us. Christy Wheeler helped us with the entire relocation from Rhode Island.  She worked with us to find a floorplan, lot and a builder that we weresatisfied with.  She took pictures and kept us imformed of construction progress.
