Richard relocated to New Bern in 1997 from New Rochelle, NY and currently resides in the Greenbrier community with his pharmacist wife, Cindy.  Richard has taken an active role in the community and has been an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and completed the Chamber’s Leadership Craven Program.  

Richard has additional years in North Carolina having graduated from Duke University and later Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.  Richard’s background is in finance and he worked for many years in the commercial banking sector for Mellon Bank (Pittsburgh), Chase Manhattan Bank and Banque Paribas (both in NY).  Later he relocated to New Bern and became the CFO for the local internet provider CoastalNet.  He has considerable knowledge in the real estate arena both through prior business and personal transactions.  In addition to holding a Real Estate Broker license from the State of North Carolina, Richard is also:
