Born in the Carolinas, Andy attended school in Northern Virginia and graduated from Strayer College in Washington, DC.

His civil service career spanned more than 30 years beginning at the Army Security Agency and continued at the

•    Army Intelligence and Security Command

•   Army Strategic Communication Command

•   Army Material Command

•   Joint Tactical Fusion Program Management Office

  And as a “Beltway Bandit” at the Army Topographic Laboratories. 

After retiring from the federal government, Andy began his second career as a Realtor in 1989.  He was one of three owners of CENTURY 21 Action Associates and served as President, Principal Broker and Broker-in-Charge for several years. 

When not working, Andy enjoys genealogy, golf and playing with his grandchildren.
