CENTURY 21 Action Associates proudly welcomes MARJORIE M. PREIS as a member of the “Action Team” MARJORIE began her Real Estate career as New Bern’s first Executive Office of the Board of Realtors. After a short period as office manager for a New Bern firm, she was licensed in 1990.
PREIS has been involved in historic preservation since she and her husband purchased the Guion house in 1986. Serving 3 years on the Historic Preservation Commission has only cemented her love for homes Old & New!
