Born in Fort Worth, Texas
Graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing. Spent nine years in consumer product sales and sales management with Revlon. The last position I held relocated me to Atlanta, GA where I was District Sales Manager for the Southeast United States. It was a great career!

I relocated to New Bern, NC in 1994. After attending ECU for Master's degree courses in Business, I began planting the seeds for my real estate career. I took all of the required courses and passed the North Carolina Real Estate Exam for a Sales License. I became a sales agent for CENTURY 21 Action Associates. I continued my education and later took and passed the NC State Broker's Exam.

I grew up around real estate. My grandmother owned a real estate agency, so I had seen first-hand the dedication that was necessary to be successful in this business. My strong business and sales background prepared me for the work that has to be done.
I chose CENTURY 21 Action Associates, because I knew they had a positive image! I wanted to align myself with a company that was synonymous with real estate. When people hear the name CENTURY 21 Action Associates, they know you are talking about real estate!

The key to success in any business is following-through with the details and of course, hard work!

I work as a buyer's or seller's agent (See Legal Info-Agency Law in NC) depending on your needs, and your needs are the key! I'll listen to what you want. If you want to buy a specific type of property, residential or commercial, I'll ask you for a profile of what you want, then I'll do the leg work. I won't show you properties that don't match the description you gave. I'm not going to waste your time or mine!

And, do not worry if you are not an immediate buyer. I don't mind helping, regardless of your time-frame for purchasing. Many people, particularly internet customers, shop ahead of time. So, I can help, regardless of your intended relocation date. Whether in a few days, months, or even years, I'll still be here!
